To the editor: Chester businesses invited to be part of 2016 brochure

Last year, the Chester Community Alliance Inc. spearheaded the launch of the Chester Brochure, highlighting 49 local businesses with maps, photos, a calendar of events and other information to attract visitors to our town. Five thousand copies of this brochure were distributed through eight Vermont information centers as well as through local businesses/inns.

Letters to the editor logo 3This year, CCA is expanding the format of the Chester Brochure to allow more businesses to promote their products and services. And 10,000 brochures will be printed to make it even more available locally as well as distributing it to 105 additional sites in Southern Vermont, including the Vermont Country Store.

We invite Chester businesses to participate in the Chester Brochure. A large ad costs $150 and a one-line listing costs $50. Large ads include a thumbnail photo of either the business or the products available.

The new brochure will begin distribution by May so any new subscribers need to get their ads and payments in by early March. Please contact any of the committee members named below for more information or an order form. Also if you have item you would like listed in the Calendar of Events, please contact Steven Davis.

Sincerely,
The Chester Brochure Committee
