Chainsaws stolen from Reading town garage

Bbreak-inurglars broke into the Reading town garage last week and made off with five chainsaws, according to a Vermont State Police press release issued today.

The break-in occurred when someone pried open a side door of the town garage between 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18 and 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19.

The thief stole two Husqvarna 365 special chainsaws, one Husqvarna 55 chainsaw, one Homelite C-75 chainsaw and one small, Jonsered chainsaw.  The value of the saws was not readily available.  Anyone with any information regarding this burglary, is asked to contact VSP Cpl.
