Press release | Nov 17, 2014 | Comments 0
The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Legislative Preview Breakfast with lobbyists from the Vermont Chamber of Commerce to address its upcoming agenda. The agenda should be of interest to the business community.
The breakfast will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, at the Newsbank Conference Center, 352Â Main St., in Chester.
Among issues that will be coming during the 2015 Vermont state legislative session — which begins Wednesday, Jan. 7 in Montpelier — are health care, property taxes, tourism funding, tax increases and paid leave. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
While it is free and open to the public, attendees are asked to RSVP through Constant Contact. You may do so here.
