10th Annual Blue Flames Concert & Community Picnic

July 27, 2018 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Weston Green
Park St
Weston, VT 05161

The Blue Flames steel drum band

Come celebrate the Weston Green, now called the most beautiful Town Green in Vermont. It wasn’t always that way. Nine pioneer women, 132 years ago, transformed a smelly frog pond and muddy swamp into a place that everyone can enjoy.

This event benefits the Farrar Park Association and the preservation of the beautiful Weston Green and the Weston Fire Department.

So, pack your own picnic basket or help support the Weston Fire Department, which will be selling hot dogs, hamburgers and refreshments as well.

The Weston Green.

Come listen to a free concert by the enchanting Blue Flames Steel Band, who are donating their talent and time to a festive community celebration.

The “Ladies of the Green” in the spirit of their ancestors, welcome all to join in the fun with and especially thank the Blue Flames for their participation, amazing good will and support.

The rain date is set for Aug. 3.
