Have you ever wondered why whale bones were found in a Vermont field? Vermont children’s author Erin Rounds reads her book Charlotte’s Bones, a story about the discovery of the now-famous whale skeleton in Charlotte, VT in 1849. Following this, Dartmouth paleontologist Jeremy DeSilva will talk about his work with ancient bones and fossils.

There is no need to register if you are participating in camp.
