Do you find that you have less energy, trouble concentrating, fatigue, an increased desire to be alone, appetite changes and trouble sleeping? You may be experiencing what is commonly called the “winter blues.”

Join Cindy Gogan as she details various coping skills to alleviate symptoms that are often associated with the darker months of the year. Gogan will also discuss  Seasonal Affective Disorder,  which is a more severe form of the winter blues.

Gogan is a Licensed Mental Health professional with a practice in Londonderry’s Mountain Community Yoga. She is also a massage therapist and yoga instructor specializing in mind-body therapies for overall well-being.
