Robert Nied on State Plans for Lowell Lake

Chester Rotary will host former Londonderry Town Administrator Robert Nied as its First Thursday speaker.

Nied will speak on “Lowell Lake–What’s Going On?”  Nied has had a front-row seat for the proposals of the state of Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation to expand the use of Lowell Lake State Park to include greater parking, expanding trails and over-night lodging.

Open to the community, Chester Rotary provides the event free. Hors d’oeuvres will be offered and there will be a cash bar.
