Chainsaw taken from truck in Saxtons River

Vermont State Police say that a chainsaw was stolen from a truck in Saxtons River during the evening of July 4. Russell Schleimer of Chester contacted police to report that his Husqvarna model 373 XP chainsaw was taken from the bed of his pick up truck while he was attending the 4th of July fireworks. The truck was parked on Pleasant Valley Road in Saxtons River. Anyone with information is asked to contact Corporal Paul Dean at 875-2112.
