Prairie, Chester Telegraph editor and publisher. “But we often find ourselves stretching to cover what’s happening. We’ve been committed to quality reporting of news for a widening area and we are very proud that NewsBank sees the value of our hard work in its service.”

The Telegraph’s articles will continue to be available to readers at in addition to NewsBank’s worldwide subscription service.
