I’m seeing road signs (some of which are covered over) that make me think I-91 northbound traffic will, at some point in the future, be detoured through Chester via Rt. 11 to Springfield. Could you at the Telegraph get the highway folks to divulge why we are seeing these signs, and specifically what it will mean to Chester residents? Thanks, guys.
