The Chester Select Board will hold two meetings on Wednesday Sept. 16. First they will meet in their capacity as the Water and Sewer Commission followed by a meeting as the select board. The meetings start at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 556 Elm St., and remotely via Zoom.
