Senior Medicare Patrol to discuss protection from healthcare scams

Neighborhood Connections will be hosting a discussion by the Senior Medicare Patrol from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25 at its offices, 5700 Vermont Rte 100 Suite 1500, in Londonderry.
The discussion will focus on the latest healthcare scams and how you can protect yourself, your loved ones and neighbors from those who seek to defraud. You will learn how the SMP Program works and you can help SMP protect your family, and generations to come. A lunch will be available. Call 802-824-4343 to reserve a spot.
The Senior Medicare Patrol program is a federally funded non-profit organization that seeks to empower and assist Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report health care fraud, errors and abuse.
