Putney fire rekindled; Route 5 has been closed again

© 2017 Telegraph Publishing, LLC Windham County Sheriff’s Department is advising that Route 5 in near  Water Street in  Putney has been closed again due to a rekindled structure fire. Details and the duration the closure are not available and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
