    Is GMUSD telling us that the failed $20,000,000 bond is unimportant by burying the issue in middle of numerous administrative matters? I think the $20,000,000 bond warrants several standalone meetings. Furthermore, with the Board’s limiting each topic to a few minutes and also limiting audience discussion to a few sentences, I cannot see how this Board meeting will in any way flush out the issues with the $20,000,000 and find solutions.
